All three parts of the London Trilogy have been published in book form, with copies lodged, for posterity, in the British Library and the other five UK ‘copyright libraries’.
The original print-run of this book is sold out but we are again able to accept orders for additional copy(ies) as these can now be printed on demand in Germany (by Epubli GmbH - Berlin). The price per copy is in the region of £72 + £15 for UK p&p. The price will vary slightly with fluctuations in the Sterling/Euro exchange rate.
These books are expensive but it must be stressed that the price involves no mark-up whatsoever; no profit is made from the sale of these books. Thus, while the cost per copy is certainly high, it is merely the sum of the printing cost, bank charges, and the cost of postage and packing.
